21 Day Challenge - starts Monday 2nd November!
WHAT IS THE 21 DAY CHALLENGE?
The 21 day challenge is a step by step day by day programme which will give you a focus to improve your physical, mental and spiritual health, 21 days is a time period in which you can build daily habits and make a considerable difference. We will be working together as a support group to help each other stay accountable for our self care! The 21 day challenges will run at regular intervals throughout the year so you can always join one whenever is convenient to you.
Your workshop tutorials and files will all be uploaded here from the facebook group!
Please watch the introduction workshop on Day 1 to begin your challenge. The workshops in the first and second 21 day challenges are also always useful to catch up on.
You can download your 21 Day Challenge journal from the documents in the Units section or also from the button on the 21 Day Challenge page on the Members Dashboard.
Below is the diagram which illustrates the elements of health and the factors affecting them to help you to be better able to score yourself out of 10 . 1 is poor and 10 is the best it could be.in each area. The score you give yourself out of 30 will be your overall starting score which should hopefully improve with this process!
The challenges run every other month to help us refocus and recharge our energy and to learn new things about ourselves and our self awareness and self care. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
