March 21 day challenge
This challenge is different, because it’s about YOU and your happiness. Not your dress size or fat loss, but your life and making a plan for it. How you look isn’t important if you don’t FEEL good and you aren’t fulfilled.
So the 21 day challenge is a step by step process which enables you to evaluate where you are and simply work towards feeling better, physically, mentally and spiritually. Then, with this self awareness you make a plan, for you, by you – with education and support throughout the 21 days.
Each of the 3 elements effects each other - e.g:
less sleep = more anxiety,
negative self talk = low mood,
better nutrition = more energy
exercise = increased motivation
At the start of the challenge we score each area out of 10 to give you an easy way to measure your levels in each area. Then we set goals and habits to improve them.
Week 1 is about improving or maintain your physical health. Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Exercise. Setting goals and working towards them. By the end of this week you will feel more energised, think more clearly and with focus.
Week 2 is all about becoming self aware about how you think and why. What are your beliefs about yourself and how do they drive your thoughts and behaviours? This week is about taking control over your mind and recognising nurturing or self destructing thought patterns and behaviours. You may not solve everything in one week, but the more you practice and reinforce positive thoughts and address negative ones you will notice a difference in everything you experience and how you approach your life.
Week 3 is focused on Spiritual health. If you aren’t sure what that means for you, this is your chance to find out. I promise you, it will make the biggest difference to your life and health once you connect with your energy and what makes you feel grateful, happy, energised and present.
Education, self awareness and setting your focus for you in each of the 3 areas will give you the most empowered and energised feeling you will ever have. And it’s a plan and method you can revisit any time you need to. I really encourage you to be honest, open and excited about taking this journey with yourself, the support of others and the education of others on this journey with you.
